I’m Worried By Our Lack of Reaction to Fascism

I’m not just writing this to stoke the flames of fear, I am deeply, genuinely disturbed by what I’m seeing, and the lack of response from pretty much anyone but a few citizens, who are being derided as radicals and terrorists. I do feel that I should issue a content warning, as I will be linking to and showing disturbing images and videos.
Obviously, Trump is a big part of this problem, but I won’t be talking much about him specifically here, because there are deeper issues to consider, and getting rid of Trump alone won’t fix the problem. For one thing, there are others like him waiting for their turn, but evidence also suggests that Biden won’t be the savior some make him out to be. Not only is he problematic enough on his own, but he and the Democrats in general seem to be “resisting” fascism about as well as they have Trump himself, which is to say, not at all. The response from Biden’s supporters is equally lackluster. While fascists chase down and beat people in broad daylight, they tell us to vote.
Perhaps most disturbing is the straight-up support that police are showing to fascist groups such as the Proud Boys, and the lack of coverage that this particular detail is getting in corporate media, even when they do cover police…
