Obama turned 2 wars into 7. Some were only semi-official, but bombs are bombs, and dead people don't care if the war was 'official' or not. We ran out of bombs during his presidency.

As for Biden, doesn't seem to have learned all that much from his mistakes:

He's also voiced support for regime change in Venezuela, and many of his cabinet picks are warmongers as well.
As for whether he's racist or not, neither of those things you mention help, but that's not all there is to the story.

You don't have to be a sociopath to be authoritarian, but it helps. I don't know how anyone can see how he acts, including things like this meeting, and *not* think he's authoritarian.
Obama went along with it because he's part of the same system.
I'm not cherry-picking, I assure you. It seems to me that one would have to be cherry-picking to arrive at the conclusion you have.
We've been past the literal end of democracy in this country for a while now.

These are all just examples, I'm just providing the links in an attempt to show that I'm not just pulling some opinion out of the air, fueled by dislike of Biden. Biden himself, like Trump, is more like a symptom than he is the disease itself.
